My academic email was not recognised during signup

Overview

Academic access is automatically granted when our system recognises an eligible academic email domain during signup.
In some cases, this recognition can fail even if you are eligible.

If this happens, we can manually review your account and grant academic access.


What to do

If your academic email was not recognised:

  1. Contact us via the Chat

  2. Include:

    • The email address you used to sign up

    • The name of your academic institution

    • A short description of your research or academic use case

Our team will review your request and, if eligible, manually grant academic access.


What happens after approval

Once approved:

  • Academic access will be added to your existing account

  • You will not need to create a new account

  • You will receive a confirmation message once access is enabled
